Haritha’s practice involves representing early stage companies and entrepreneurs. Her practice focuses on a variety of commercial matters including entity formation, debt financing transactions, intellectual property licensing, and corporate governance matters.

Haritha holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining Chu, Ring, and Hazel, Haritha practiced intellectual property litigation at Foley & Lardner LLP in Boston and New York City.
